Our resources are drewn from membership fee that is paid monthly or yearly by the active members and we do organise once in a while, fund raising events that do not exceed the limits of our non profit and low budget organisation. We appreciate donations of all kinds and look forward to sponsorers who are ready to support projects initiated by us. The Uganda Community in Berlin has no premises of its own and we normally organise meetings in conference halls of major organisations like the House of Cultures, Africa Centre, Palaast house  and other community premises that have not been mentioned here. Executive committee meetings take place in private  homes of the executive on rotational bases and this helps to boost morale of the families involved. The association keeps records of its activities by taking minutes at every meeting and the executive committee keeps files that are properties of the association. All expenditures are documented for the german tax office for accounting and a yearly balance sheet is drewn to inform the members of the financial status of the association.


 We have a Notar who advises us on legal matters and our community can be represented in a court of law by one or two members of the executive committee. The association has a bank account at the Post Bank and all donations, subscription fees and other money related issues can be accomplished using the Bank account provided below:-
